Yemen Tourist Visa Requirement
Basic Information
It is necessary for
non-Yemeni passport holders to obtain an entry Visa to go to Yemen whether the
trip is for tourism or business nature.
There is no Consulates
general or Embassy of Yemen in Bangladesh. Alternatively, you can contact your
nearest Yemen Embassy which is in India

Tourist
Visa
1. Passport must be singed & valid for at least 6
months beyond intended stay.
2. 2 Passport-type photographs required.
3. Copy of airline tickets or itinerary.
4. Medical Record or doctor’s letter confirming the
absence of any contagious disease.
5. If visiting friends or relatives in Yemen, a letter
of invitation is required.
Business
Visa
1. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond
intended stay.
2. 2 Passport-type photographs required.
3. Copy of itinerary or air tickets.
4. A business Letter of Guarantee – Link is required,
to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: “Embassy of
Yemen Visa Section/ Washington DC”. The letter should state the purpose of the
visit and your business reference in Yemen to be visited.
5. Medical Record or doctor’s letter confirming the
absence of any contagious disease.

Vaccinations –
International Certificate of Vaccination required for Yellow Fever if Arriving
from Infected Area within 5 days
Entry restrictions: The
Government of the Republic of Yemen refuses entry and transit facilities to
holders of Israeli passports, or holders of passports containing visas valid or
expired for Israel or any indication, such as entry or exit stamps, that the
holder has visited Israel
